Section 175
Proceedings, Hearings and Dismissals after Taking Statements
In any civil case, a criminal case arising out of the defendant's response or statement, in accordance with the law, shall be prosecuted, heard and dismissed from the same court after making statements of the parties.
But According to the law, the court which has the right to hear only certain types of cases shall only process, hear and dispose of the cases according to the same law.
